In 1927, the business became known as "Piano Corner" and continued to serve coffee until 1984 when it changed its name to "Brews by Brews". In 1990, Brewing By Brews moved from its original location to what is now called its current building on Fourth Street. Today, Brews by Brews continues to offer a wide range of brewed beverages including espresso, drip coffee, tea and cold brew products.

Rockledge is located on U.S. 1 between Tampa and St Petersburg and within easy driving distance of both Tallahassee and Gainesville. The first inhabitants of what would become Rockledge were pioneers who settled there in 1835 after trekking overland from Georgia through what is now Alabama and into Florida. For more than 120 years, Rockledge has been a center for business and education in this region of the state – home to Hillsborough Community College, USF (University System), Rollins College, and several other distinguished institutions of higher learning as well as numerous small businesses and family farms that support local culture and commerce. Today's community was built around two schools: Pinecrest School District No. 1 which served students starting in kindergarten until sixth grade; then Hillsborough Middle/High School which served grades 7-12 until 1999 when it became concurrent with USF; followed by newly constructed Heritage Academy which opened in fall 2001 adjacent to Pinecrest High School - making it one school district with three high schools serving all grades combined! In addition to its educational benefits, Rockledge also offers excellent public transportation options including buses to nearby Tampa International Airport as well as Amtrak trains heading south to Miami or north to Jacksonville daily. One such amenity that residents take for granted but few know about is the rock hard flooring found throughout most of the village – made possible by decades of hard use by residents who have walked their dogs on those same streets day after day! The flooring dates back to when Main Street ran due east from downtown towards Gramercy Park (now Star Lake). At that intersection there was a large dirt parking lot used by farmers for storing their produce during winter months before coming downriver for market season later that year – leaving an exposed surface ideal for shoe manufacturing operations during those cold months! Since these machines required a great deal of skill and effort to operate correctly, it was not until later in life that many people began taking up this hobby as an outright career path.

It is one of several small towns along the Gulf Coast that are now becoming more suburbanized as they attract attention from workers commuting to larger cities outside of Florida. The community began as a farming and ranching community, but by 1930 it had only a few hundred people living there. The original settlers were Quakers from Pennsylvania who had come down to the area for agricultural purposes. By 1940, however, Rockledge had grown sufficiently so that it became its own municipality with a government and school system distinct from those of neighboring communities. Rockledge has experienced dramatic changes over the years; first as an agricultural community with modest industry until World War II when defense industries began to grow in importance due to the war effort; then as an industrial center during the postwar boom period until 1990 when it lost its status as an independent municipality and changed hands several times between developers and local governments before finally staying within Duval County until its current incarnation. Today, Rockledge retains some of its early traditions: a farmers’ market on Saturday mornings and agriculture-focused retail businesses such as feed stores, hay sales and hardware stores; also attractions including a Visitors Center which features exhibits about local history and culture (including displays about African American slaves brought here during Reconstruction),a golf course/residential complex called The Links which offers condominiums and other apartments;and two churches - First Baptist Church (founded 1892) which is still active today with many services offered daily attendant to both congregants and visitors;and Second Baptist Church (founded 1924) which is older but smaller but more prominent in terms of services offered - typically holding worship services weekday mornings or evening evening services.
