In 1912, J.D.'s son Julius D'Bache founded another coffee company called D'Bache Coffee Company which still operates today as a family-owned business with over 100 locations across the United States. Through all of these years, the coffee industry in South Daytona has been based on two things: brewing quality beans and selling them door to door to customers who came to purchase their morning cup of Joe from local store owners or café workers throughout the day. Some good examples include: Hooters restaurant which opened its doors 50 years ago next week (& continues serving up delicious chicken wings!), Midtown Bakery - established in 1966 - still operates 5 days per week (!?), Piggly Wiggly - opened its doors back then too but shuttered 3 decades later (!?), KFC - began serving food here back in 1957 (!?) & continued doing so until 2001 (!?). Needless to say all these legendary institutions are testament to just how hard it can be for most towns throughout America starting off as little more than villages before quickly morphing into thriving metropolises!

A post office called Daytona was established in 1869, and remained in operation until 1959. In 1886, J.P. Morgan founded a cotton plantation here with his brother James Pemberton Morgan. J.P.'s death marked the beginning of an era of great wealth for the Morgan family and their successors. By 1912 South Daytona had become a boomtown with many large businesses including several banks and factories such as Coca ColaCola Company and Federal Telegraph Company (FTC). In World War II, South Daytona played an important role in both military and economic life as it became one of the largest citrus production centers in America. After V-E Day on November 8th 1945 local businesses reopened to help support postwar reconstruction efforts after Japan's surrender announced by Ulysses S Grant that day: "It has been my conviction that all our citizens who are not soldiers should go home; they will do their jobs better there." This sentiment found expression when Mayor Harry Hines declared "I am going to have more people working than ever before because we can't have these servicemen or women coming back without training" which helped lead to massive job creation during wartime shortages throughout much of America due to Roosevelt's New Deal policies such as open door immigration quotas which resulted in mass unemployment among African Americans living south of Interstate 4 from 1933 through 1939 during what is known as The Great Depression according to historians Samuel Piven and Lawrence Mishel article entitled "America In The Thirties". As well as being responsible for over 50% of all private sector employment growth between 1933-1939 – more than any other state or federal government program – this policy led directly to increased wages for workers statewide despite significant reductions within government budgets consequent upon FDR's decision to pursue a “New Deal” economy rather than emulate Great Britain which experienced rapid deflationary economically similar underpopulations caused by high levels of immigration into citiesAfter World War II ended however businesses began shrinking again throughout Floridians combined Okaloosa County east Of Palm Beach also suffered greatly from a severe drought followed by Hurricane Andrew causing major destruction mainly east And north Of Hillsborough counties especially along US 1 leading To Chattahoochee River Valley becoming almost completely agricultural since most industry went out OFFLINE except for light manufacturing & agriculture etc…..Today about half Way down Rte 95 you reach business center called Sunrise Key then continous I-95 heading North
