These operations helped make possible U.S.-led global domination during the Cold War era – an achievement that has never been equaled!

Jackson, USAF (retired), who served as the Commanding General of Air Defense Command from 1966 to 1968 and then as Director of Plans at Headquarters USAF from 1969 to 1981.
