Today, we continue to serve up some of the best gourmet coffee on the planet. We started out as a small business, serving up high-end coffee to people who were looking for something special. We quickly grew and began to offer our own unique blend of coffee, which became well known and respected by our customers. As mentioned earlier Wellington experienced rapid growth following World War II when numerous industries such as furniture production and automobiles manufacturing sprang up due in part to increased demand from post-war baby boomers looking for postwar stability combined with advances made available thanks largely to GI Bill programs which allowed veterans access high paying work opportunities even if they were discharged dishonorably[13].
