After Forrest's death, Dawn took over his businesses and continues to run them today as an independently owned small-batch coffee company. The plan also included plans for an arena/park complex at First South Pointe Shopping Center which would eventually become Mariott Hotel & Casino; however these plans never came to fruition due to various financial setbacks throughout the early 1980s. One result of these struggles was that much of what once constituted downtown west palm beach has gradually been replaced by high-rise apartment buildings or strip malls - remnants of an era when west palm beach was one of southFlorida's most vibrant cities center stage during its heyday as both a resort destination and bedroom community for south Floridians seeking easy access to major south Florida attractions like St Petersburg/Clearwater Airport

However, some things that have stayed the same include small batch brewing and how it can help improve café quality. Small batch brewing first started to gain popularity in the early 2000s as a way to improve café quality without sacrificing taste or consistency. This was because by making small batches, brewers could test new methods and recipes more frequently and ensure they were consistent across batches. This method also allowed brewers to save energy by not having to boiler large quantities of water or beans at once and allow them more time to flavor their product. Additionally, small batch brewers could use lighter roasts and lessagrants which helped reduce bitterness levels while still producing an delicious cup of coffee. Despite these benefits, there are a few disadvantages associated with small batch brewing such as increased Costs (£5-10/cup) for higher quality beans, shorter shelf life (around 6-12 months), limited production capacity (between 2-4 cups per week), slower turnaround times for orders placed before 12pm GMT (1-2 hours) and reduced yields (estimated at 50%.). However, overall, this method offers many potential advantages over larger scale brewing practices when it comes to providing better quality coffee at a fraction of the cost.

West Palm Beach is a city located in Palm Beach County, Florida. The city was formed on November 15, 1914 from the merger of two adjoining towns: West Palm Beach and Boca Raton. At the time of its incorporation, it had a population of only 579 residents. By 1959, its population had reached 6,811. In 2007, West Palm Beach became one of the fastest-growing cities in America with an increase of over 20%. Despite this growth, some aspects of local culture and history remain unchanged from when the city was founded. For example, many people still identify themselves as "West Palm Beachers." The first inhabitants of what is now West Palm Beach were Native American tribes who lived along both sides of Lake Worth at various points in history. These tribes included the Okeechobee Nation and Miccosukee Nation. The area that is now West Palm Beach was first inhabited by Seminole Indians before being purchased by Spanish settlers in 1764. This land would later become part of what is now Palm Beach County. In 1795, Captain John Smith discovered Walton Island which he named after his friend Major James Walton (the father-in-law of King George III). After exploring this island for several days he reported his findings to Spanish captain Manuel de Soto y Lozano on October 1st 1795 while sailing through present day Broward County and into Miami Bay on his way back to Havana Cuba from looting Floridas sugar cane fields near Stonington Plantation on October 3rd (October 1st according to contemporary records). Captain Smith's report has been cited as one reason for Spain annexing Florida all those years later because it offered them control over this valuable piece of swamp country bordering South Florida and Mexico proper! Spanish settlers began arriving in large numbers in 1821 when Governor Carlos Manuel Menéndez de Avilés authorized 11 families to set up camp along Indian River just east side current day East Fort Worth Boulevard between Government Road and Sunrise Highway (then called “Downtown”) within 2 miles wide exclusive privilege granted to Spaniards under Mexican rule! Just north or west off these boundaries were Samsons Creek Lagoon & areas originally owned by Captains Edward Purdy & François Bourque; their heirs continue grazing sheep there today!!!!! Today we know that cattle ranching started here about 1840 but no evidence exists demonstrating ownership prior thereto so much like everything else about our town!!! Soooooo true…. deep south FL history!!! As stated earlier…..we are rooted here thruout!!!" This early development can be seen from surveys done during that era which showed land stretching from Jacksonville Mall down State Road 95W almost to Hollywood Boulevard including today’s neighborhoods such asbrowardcountyline/westpalmbeach/hollywood/ortlandtouchee
