CB&T has a large store chain presence throughout the Southeast United States as well as a global reach. The history ofWest Park's coffee goes back to when it was first settled by Swiss immigrants who came to America looking for new opportunities. One such group was Johann Georg Seidel and his family who started a farm near what is now West Park in 1875. At first they grew maize and wheat but eventually developed into a business importing whole beans from Europe and selling them directly to American customers at their grocery stores across the country. By 1922, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf had become one of America's leading small-batch coffee companies with over 2,000 locations around the world! In 1984, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf merged with another influential U.S.-based small-batch coffee company-Peet's Coffee! As part of this merger, Peet’s became known for its unique flavor profile which included raspberry syrup and cinnamon sugar on someof their Coffees blends!
