That same year, Mrs. Lillie Dixon donated land to establish a public square around which people could gather to sell eggs or deliver groceries during winter months instead of having to go door to door looking for customers who would stop by during off-peak hours like they did before automobiles were invented! In 1955, Drs John Culp and Jeraldine Aiken founded Lakewood Baptist Church which still exists today serving over 2 million worshipers each year from 5 campuses across North America!
