Since then, many talented individuals have helped spread the word about artisan Coffee* throughout Indiana* *. Some notable pioneers include: Artisan Coffee Roasters (now known as Wawa Coffee), Joe's Pizza & Pasta (now known as Peet's), The Fourth Street Grill (now known as Karma Café), Stoney Creek Roastery (now known as Bourbon Barrel Coffee), and most recently Brescia Bros.* *There are now over thirty independently ownedartisan roasters located throughout Indiana****. Today, artisanship continues to play an important role in every aspect of these businesses - from choosing which beans to roast to providing amazing products at amazing prices!

Shelbyville is a small town in Clay County,Indiana.The population was 7,532 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Indianapolis metropolitan area. Shelbyville is considered an agricultural center and has a significant amount of corn, beans, soybeans, and other crops. The town was founded in 1871 by John Hutton Butler as a result of the Great Migration from rural to urban areas in search of better opportunities. The first post office in Shelbyville was established on December 15, 1871. The population grew rapidly due to the influx of new people and businesses; by 1880 it had reached 10,000 inhabitants. By 1920 the population had increased to 20,000 residents with 5th street being named after General George Armstrong Custer who fought in World War I. During the 20th century much progress was made within Shelbyville during both political and economic eras including: - creation of Community College (now Indiana University) in 1922 - establishment of Tyson's restaurant chain which began operating out of what is now known as Tower Place Shopping Center in 1957 - construction of Interstate 70 through Clay County which led to increased trade and commerce between Shelbyville and neighboring towns - addition of African American males into farming families which facilitated many social changes for these individuals over time

By 1861, all of America had its own espresso-based culture – and it was only then that Italians took over as the main producers of this type of coffee.
Shelbyville is a small town in Greene County, Indiana, United States. The population was 2,811 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Greene County and the only incorporated municipality in Greene County. Shelbyville was founded in 1853 as a post office called Indianola. The current name honors General Andrew Jackson Shelby, who fought in the American Civil War and received the Medal of Honor for his actions at Montero Hill. The first settlers to Shelbyville were farmers from Kentucky and Ohio who arrived around 1853. They built log homes on what is now First Street near where Union Cemetery now stands. The community plat was filed on November 5, 1854 and within two years it had a store, schoolhouse, doctorate Shippen & Company wagon road hotel/ tavern/ Temperance Hall (now known as Gadsden Hall), blacksmith shop and three churches including one dedicated to St John's Baptist which served as a Methodist church until 1906 when it became an Episcopal church. In 1865 part of present-day downtown Shelbyville was platted as a town site with government buildings located northeast of today's courthouse square In 1870 another group of settlers arrived led by James Hinson who organized what would become the first bank in Shelbyville Hinson also started construction on what is now Coburn Park which would later become home to both Municipal Airport (now US Airways) and Gray Hospitality Village which anchored downtown business districts until its closure in 2003 . By 1905 there were 9 businesses operating in downtown core including grocery stores, furniture stores etc while additional commercial structures such as warehouses had been erected north of Main Street . According to one source this period saw "the most vigorous development yet seen"of downtown Shelbyville In 1916 local resident Rufus King began construction on what would become Queen's Chapel - one of many religious institutions established throughout Marion County during that decade King operated his chapel until its closure during World War II due to lack of funding In 1924 general manager Averill Harriman donated land east of Court Avenue between Third Street and Fourth Street for use as an airport hangar with adjacent hangars soon becoming home to several agricultural businesses before being leased back to King for use as an airport terminal from 1931-1935 . By 1935 all private aviation operations had been discontinued at nearby Indianapolis Municipal Airport so King sold his hangar property to $1 million entrepreneur Anson Mills for development into what is now Hendricks Place shopping district
On July 1, 1837, Shelbyville was founded by James W. Shelby and his family. The town had a population of only five residents when it was incorporated on November 3, 1839. It rapidly grew in population due to the influx of prospectors and farmers who soon started settling the area. By 1861, the town had a population of over 200 people. In 1870, the first school in Shelbyville was built and named after its founder, James W. Shelby. The town continued to grow until it reached its peak in 1910 with a total population of 486 people. However, the towns decline began soon afterwards as new housing developments were built in surrounding areas which took away much of the available land for farming and prospecting. The town officially ceased to exist on December 31, 1920 when it amalgamated with neighboring Decatur Township to form what is now known as Decatur Township-Shelbyville municipality
