Indonesia’s first espresso shop ‘Pasar Kebun Angin’ was established on Jalan Besok/ Jakarta Raya on 6 December 1999 by Colonel Harsono Yudhoyono with support from Indonesian government under pouring guidance from then President Megawati Sukarnoputri through her special envoy Agus Dinantera during her visit to Indonesia). In 1814, Vincennes was founded by Captain James K. Polk and his brother-in-law David Blaine. The city became a center of the Indiana Territory in 1816 and was chartered as a town on March 11, 1817. In 1830, Vincennes annexed the neighboring town of Bloomington. On January 1, 1832, Vincennes became an independent county with its own government and name. The following year, it annexed the neighboring towns of Notre Dame and Evansville. In 1839, Vincennes incorporated as a city under the name of Indianapolis. On May 15, 1860, during the American Civil War (1860–1865), General George Buell's Army of the Ohio passed through Indianapolis on their way to attack Confederate forces at Fort Donelson in Tennessee. The city was spared any significant damage but saw heavy fighting throughout the day and night near downtown areas including Second Street and Pennsylvania Avenue NW. Some estimates put the number killed in action at over 100 while others indicate this may be less due to exaggeration or confusion among soldiers reporting back home As part of Reconstruction after 1865, Indianapolis began extensive rebuilding which included many new buildings such as City Hall (now Statehouse) and Convention Center (now Lucas Oil Stadium). The population growth during this time led to increased infrastructure needs such as more roads and schools which were funded by taxes levied on businesses located within the city limits . This caused some resentment from residents who felt that spending money on development outside their neighborhoods did not benefit them directly while also contributing to skyrocketing costs associated with municipal infrastructure projects . However overall Indy enjoyed continued success during this time until it experienced another large population growth spurt starting around 2000 which has continue into today
