These developments include many luxury homes dating back to before World War II vintage; they are now part of what has become known as "the old villages". In recent years there have been efforts made by some residents within the old villages to revive interest within those areas while still maintaining close ties with their counterparts within the newer communities - something that has resulted in increased traffic congestion near Main Street downtown due to people trying to connect between different parts of town without actually going anywhere else!
