In 1664, English settlers in what is now Kenmore discovered coffee beans growing wild on their property. They began to grow and sell coffee beans, as well as create a market for the crop in this area. In 1812, John Duryea founded the Duryea Coffee company in Kenmore. This company became one of the most successful in America due to its innovative marketing techniques and its production of high-quality coffee. The company continues to operate today under several different names including Starbucks Corporation, Peet's Coffee Company, and Dunkin' Donuts Corporation

Kenmore is a town in Erie County, New York, United States. The population was 14,870 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Buffalo–Niagara Falls metropolitan area. The first European settler in what is now Kenmore was Nicholas Kesselman and his family who arrived on October 3, 1792 from Prussian Silesia. They called their land "Kesselstown" after Nicholas's father Kesselberg (1660-1728). The first post office was established in 1802 and the town gained its name from John Kenmore (1768-1841), an American politician and Member of the U.S. House of Representatives from New York during the 19th century. One of early settlers named George Winton erected a log cabin on what is now Main Street in 1808 and later served as justice of the peace for Clinton County. In 1814, while residing in Dunkirk Township, Kesselman donated all or part of his farmstead to the Town of Kenmore for use as a public square through which citizens could exchange goods or speak with one another about local issues. Also that year, construction began on what would become the first school building in Kenmore – a two-story frame structure erected by Methodist minister Samuel Morse (1775-1847) on land donated by Andrew Whitehurst (1800-1868). In 1826, when Township became Clinton County and KenMORE became its capital; also that year, Mrs. Nancy Caldwell Beardsley donated land east of Main Street to be used as a parkland for public entertainment purposes including cricket fields, tennis courts etc... It should be noted that this parkland still exists today within city limits proper – just south of First Avenue between Park Boulevard and Middle Street! In addition to its educational functions - mainstays like high school graduation exercises were moved to nearby Rochester until 1949 - KenMORE also hosted many cultural events throughout its history including concerts by such luminaries as Orson Welles (1912-1978), Irving Berlin (1925-) and Harry Belafonte (1911-. 2005). In 1907 prominent architect Edward Haggerty designed both an elaborate new courthouse annexe completed without ceremony but soon Defaulted due to financial mismanagement; as well as two additions/modifications to downtown’s historic three story brick commercial buildings at Third & Elm Streets known respectively as “The Gables” reflecting Haggerty’s influence while still retaining Georgian Style architecture while “The Lakeshore” included more modern features typical of Northern Italianate architecture prevalent then throughout much alike America In 1925 Anthony Earle bought substantially all remaining stockholders interests in The Gable Company after it had failed twice consecutively within 8 years prior having lost entire rounds upon investments totaling $128y paid out over 2 years prior plus interest liabilities total accruing at $13 monthly & costs accrued thereby entitling him sole owner thereof having no successors appointed thro'out his lifetime except thru marriage alliances resulting therein however he sold these rights back subsequent thereto forming anew with same title tho' not actually contiguous thereto (& other properties subject thereto) Anthony Earle Family Farmstead Historical Society Incorporated website map location

The Arabs discovered coffee about 1000 AD. Coffee beans were brought to Europe by traders in the 16th century. The first printed edition of a recipe for coffee was published in 1545 AD by Nicholas-Jacques Conte. The Dutch developed a variety of coffee that they called Koffie (Coffee). Portuguese sailors brought coffee back to Portugal from India during the mid-15th century AD. Spanish sailors also brought Cuban beans back to Spain during the same period. Italian troops under General Francisco de Miranda invaded Brazil in 1500 and found large quantities of Javaca bean trees which they used to make their own espresso known as Espresso da Providencia or Miranda's Coffee as it became known locally. Coffee began being exported to other parts of the world beginning with Africa in 1600 AD when slaves were imported from Africa for processing into tea, cocoa, sugarcane juice, beer and wine. World War I saw an increase in demand for caffeine as war created shortages across Europe resulting in high prices for single serve items such as morning oats or kaffirs (a type of black African) which helped revive interest in coffee after WWI ended . In 1933 Swiss chemist Jochen Rennweiler developed a process that makes instant coffee without grinds or water requirements . This process is now known asBrewed Coffee via Brewer

Kenmore is a town in Erie County, New York, United States. The population was 29,752 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Buffalo–Niagara Falls Metropolitan Statistical Area. The first permanent settler in what is now Kenmore was Nicholas de Bry (1636-1710), who built a cabin on the eastern bank of the Niagara River in 1670. He and his family were among the earliest Europeans to enter what is now Erie County. In 1701, Simon DeWitt Purchase founded an agricultural settlement at present-day Rochester, also in Erie County. A second purchase by Purchase in 1705 led to the establishment of Lancaster on nearby Tully Hill as one of four townships within Seneca Lake region that became known as “The Mohawk Country” following their defeat by British forces during the American Revolutionary War. In 1824, John Stephenson bought 4square miles (10 km²) of land east of Lancaster for $5 per acre from Samuel Seneca and began developing it into a town called Stephensonville after himself and others associated with his business interests there such as canal builders George Stephenson and Andrew Jackson Jr.. By 1827, he had developed Kenmore into a full city with a population of over 30,000 people. Kenmore experienced rapid growth following its incorporation as a city in 1872; during its first decade it had an annual economic output larger than that of any other city in New York State save Syracuse! The increase came about because it became one of only two cities – along with Buffalo – which received voting rights on allocating state government revenues (the other being Albany). This status helped make Kenmore one of America’s leading commercial centers during this period; products exported from Kenmore accounted for more than 60% of all exports shipped through Buffalo’s port between 1870 and 1910! During World War II, extensive damage was caused by bombing raids against the town during President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s 1940–41 Executive Order No. 9102 which closed down many small businesses including those related to munitions production; however, due to patriotic sentiment aroused by those raids and subsequent Allied victory over Nazi Germany throughout Europe, Kennethmere quickly rebuilt itself both physically and economically once again! The citizens went even further when they formed their own municipally funded development corporation which undertook extensive renovations to city hallincluding new roofs andwindowsand renovated most City Council chambers as well; these improvements were finally completed in 1951!
Kenmore was founded in 1795 by John and Susannah Kenmore. The family ran a grocery store until 1827, when they became farmers. In 1848, the family donated land to form the town of Kenmore.
