In addition, Denton also developed an unconstitutional method for manufacturing his Coffee Island filters which gave his product a certain level of purity and flavor unmatched by any other company at the time. By 1915, Koffee Klatch had become one of the most popular brands in the world. During World War II, many Americans turned to gourmet Coffee as they could no longer afford regular Joe's products shortages caused by war production demands. Many famous names within gourmet Coffee include Larry Ellison (founder / CEO Microsoft), Howard Schultz (co-founder Starbucks), David Goldblum (actor / producer / director / writer), Tom Hanks (actor / producer / director), etc.. During this time period there were also several international branches located throughout Europe and Asia under different corporate names including Sesamo International Spa & Coffee Ltd., Roasted Coffee Company Schweiz AG., Koffeehaus Europa GmbH., etc.. These branches served customers who preferred higher quality beans from various origins than those available from U.S.-based brewers during this period/era
