This business was called The Three Amigos Coffee Shop. It quickly became one of the most popular places to buy coffee in town. The McCoy brothers also provided excellent customer service and helped make Barberton one of the most popular areas for coffee consumption in America. In 1912, two men named Harry Fenton and Earle Crouse started another coffee shop called The Gourmand Store. This store quickly became one of the most popular spots for java enthusiasts around town. The Gourmand Store also provided excellent customer service as well as superior quality products at an affordable price point. Today, The Gourmand Store remains a prominent fixture in Barberton’s caffeine landscape thanks to its high quality products and friendly staff!

Barberton is a city in the U.S. state of Ohio and the county seat of Butler County. It was founded in 1821 as a Mechanicsville village and became a town in 1857. The population was 68,814 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Cincinnati metropolitan area. The first Europeans to visit Barberton were French missionaries who established a mission there in 1793. The original settlement consisted of only three houses and twelve families, most of whom were farmers living near Chillicothe on the Scioto River because that's where their goods went for transportation between Ohio and France. In 1821, Mechanicsville became a town when its citizens ratified an incorporation ordinance by majority vote from a small group of residents who included three Barbertons: John Barberton (1785-1848), his son James T., Jr., and grandson Rufus D’Auroux (1800-1881). At first, business conducted primarily through one store which had six employees; however, this soon proved inadequate for the growing community which needed more than one store to continue providing services such as lumbering, farming, blacksmithing, wagonmaking and pottery making necessary for its growth. In 1857, Butler County was divided into two parts; Barberton proper took part in Butler County but also formed Monongalia Township within that county according to land policies then prevailing therein. On July 1, 1860 – just four years after township formation – all remaining members of Monongalia Township joined with those from Barberton to form what would become known as “the mergedTownship” once again including alluvial areas adjacent thereto lying within both Butler County lines thereby incorporating over 6 square miles (15 km2) into one entity while still retaining all individual identities each with its own elected officials & government functions On November 3rd 1907 – almost ninety years later – due to increasing population density along I-75/US-6 corridor following World War II urban renewal programs designed to create new jobs & stimulate economic development downtown during post war boom times & also taking advantage of abandoned industrial sites located along I-75 corridor leading southward out toward Cincinnati – Township authorities convened a special meeting pursuant to State law authorizing them amendments thereto proposed by Trustee Joseph Wehner adding 2 acres (10 ha) eastward on US Highway 61 north of Franklin Street (& adjoining lot formerly used by JF&JB Wagon Mfg Co.) forming now called Main Street Boulevard | thenceforth known as “Urban Renewal Boulevard” The purpose behind this action was twofold: 1st it provided needed open space for future redevelopment purposes tribally or commercially within limits set forth therein & 2nd it facilitated close interaction between local authorities responsible for public safety needs downtown during daytime hours thru use thereof as arterial roadway connecting various neighborhoods thereby creating more efficient traffic flow conditions Downtown having already accomplished much thru periodic surveys & inspections dating back many years preceding anything actually occurred | today Streetsboro Avenue forms an important aspect eastern edge suburban side extending nearly 4 miles (6 km) from Downtown via I-75 corridor coming into view immediately upon entering City Limits

By 1810s European demand for coffee had grown so much that new plantations were set up all over Latin America including Brazil where coffee was first grown commercially near Sao Paulo (now Brazil). By 1830s Java had become one of the world’s most production areas for coffee while Ethiopia continued Producing high quality beans until 1974 when they were replaced by Arabica beans

In 1865, Barberton became the seat of county government. In 1875, it was renamed for General Andrew J. Barber, who had helped lead Union troops during the American Civil War. The town experienced growth during the late 19th century and early 20th century as an agricultural center with a large cotton crop and livestock breeding operation. However, economic decline led to large-scale out-migration in the 1950s and 1960s and some loss of jobs to other nearby towns. On July 15, 2018, Barberton voters ratified a new city charter that creates a city council with five members instead of three members appointed by the mayor and two from each ward Barberton was founded by fur traders in 1792 as part of a land grant to David Wills from James Ketchum. The settlement was named after General Andrew J. Barber who had aided Union forces during the American Civil War as part of Major General George Armstrong Custer's cavalry unit%.
