North Olmsted, Ohio is a city inWarren County, Ohio, United States. The population was 70,451 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Warren County. North Olmsted has been called "The Miracle on Third Avenue" for its success as a manufacturing center in the early 20th century. The area that now makes up North Olmsted was part of Paulding Township and was first settled by German Americans in 1810. In 1836, it became part of the newly created Mentor Township.
