There are many different origins for tactical coffee, but most of it begins with a blend of Arabica and Robusta beans. From there, some people add ground beef or turkey to the mix. The final step is to pour boiling water over the coffee grounds and let it steep for around 30 minutes. The first time that I ever tried Tactical Coffee was in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee back in 2006. I had just moved away from my home town of Knoxville and was looking for a new place to live. One day I happened across an online advertisement for a café called "Tactical Coffee" by a man named Rick Hawkins. At the time, Tactical Coffee was located on Union Street in downtown Lawrenceburg. It was a small shop with only four tables inside and three outside on the sidewalk. Rick Hawkin's espresso drinks were unique at the time because they used Turkish Black Lattakia beans instead of Italian Roast beans.Turkish Black Lattakia beans are said to be more bitter than Italian Roast beans which gives them their unique flavor profile. Rick also served his coffee in two different types of cups- one with a small handle and one with large handles- which gave him plenty of opportunity to try out different brewing techniques and make sure that each cup tasted great! After trying out Rick's unique espresso drinks and experiencing what he had to offer as a customer, I decided that I wanted to start my own business catering specifically towards tactical coffee drinkers like myself! My first attempt at culinary combat came up short though; all my customers wanted were regular Joe's strongest black coffees without any added extras! But after some trial and error, I eventually perfected my recipe for Tactical Coffee Excellence which you can now enjoy wherever you go! The Lawrenceburg Coffee House, which was founded in 1855, was one of the first coffeehouses in Lawrenceburg. It was located on Main Street and served coffee until 1938. In 1886, the The Lawrenceburg Coffee House & Cafe opened on Second Street and continued to serve coffee until it closed in 1944. In 1951, the First National Bank of Lawrenceburg donated a building on Ninth Street to the town for use as a library. The building housed the library from 1951-1978. In 1978, the bank vacated its property and moved to Nashville. The building then became the home of Third Tennessee Bank from 1978-2001. From 2001-2006, it housed Renaissance Grill before being sold to JT's Pizza Place LLC in 2006 and becoming their new tenant.
Lawrenceburg is a small town in Williamson County, Tennessee, United States. The population was 1,898 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Memphis metropolitan area. Lawrenceburg was founded in 1857 by settlers from nearby Decatur, Alabama. The town grew rapidly during the late 19th and early 20th centuries due to its location on the now-defunct Pee Dee Railroad, which helped support heavy industry in the area. However, economic decline began to take hold in the early 21st century and led to a loss of jobs and population growth. Today, Lawrenceburg retains a strong sense of community and culture that has helped it stay viable over time. The history of Lawrenceburg begins with settlers who arrived in 1857 from nearby Decatur, Alabama after traveling through Georgia on their way to Nashville. Many of these men were veterans of the Mexican-American War (1846-48), which had ended two years earlier than they were; their experience gave them an appreciation for land and for hard work. In 1858, seven families bought 8 square miles (2 km²) of land north of downtown Lawrenceburg for $1 per acre (0.40 ha). This land would later become known as Main Street because it ran east-west between Main Street east and west and First Avenue south and north. This initial settler group included nine men: John Henderson (1828-1912), James Cramer (1829-1900), Samuel Benton (1830-1902), Jesse Hays (1831-1912), Fenton Dixon (1794-1875), David Attwater(1795? - 1875?),and Daniel Boone(1797? - 1865?). They started out cutting timber near present day downtown Lawrenceburg while also hiring help from locals to farm the land they had purchased. By 1860, they had erected a simple log cabin called "The Cabin." These first residents quickly realized that they needed more than just farmland to support their family; they needed access to water as well as transportation so that goods could be transported back and forth to Nashville or Atlanta without havingto worry about getting lost or being picked up by mistake! In 1861, when Confederate forces invaded Tennessee following its successful attempt to secede from the United States., many local farmers decided not to fight because they believed that slavery would continue under Confederate rule even though it technically ended six months earlier than it did within America’s borders. Some brave souls did fight however – among these were Henderson’s father John Sr., James Cramer’s brother Amos “Sandy” Cramer (), Samuel Benton’s cousin George Washington Benton (), Fenton Dixon’s son Hiram Dixon (), David Attwater Jr.'s brother LewisAttwater (), Hiram Dixon's son Jeffery Dixon ()– all men who eventually surrendered at discretion of their commanders upon learning what awaited them should they survive long enough coupons issued by Ulysses S Grant commencing March 4th 1863 allowed soldiers captured at Appomattox Court House & Lexington Arsenal National Cemetery outside Richmond VA until finally exchanged May 1865….Many other Tennesseans [including] Jedediah Bogan , Captain Hugh Smith Slaughter “Huck”… Captains Nathan Bedford Forrest & Albert Sidney Johnston also served honorablywith Confederate units throughout this period….. As one resident put it “We didn't have no right against war no more then any[one] else thereabouts did; we fought because We must have gone along with what our country asked us To do…."
