FRH continued operation until it closed its doors permanently in 1984 following years of financial troubles caused by fluctuations in world markets for caffeine products The Fresh Roasted Coffee House (FRH) at 615 NW 3rd Street is today one of DENISON'S CENTRAL MARKETS FOR ROASTED COFFEE The building itself originally housed two small stores side by side – one selling eggs and oatmeal while another sold breadfruit and other produce - these storefronts are no longer extant however evidence suggests they functioned as separate cafes/diner units
