By 1912, the Chamberlins had built a large warehouse and production facility in what is now the heart of Waxahachie. Over time, the company became known for its high-quality coffee. In 1951, they introduced their first espresso machine, which helped them become one of the leading manufacturers of espresso machines in the country. In 1984, they opened a small café called The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in downtown Waxahachie. This café continued to serve top-quality coffee until it closed in 2013.

Waxahachie, Texas is a city inoodustrial county in the U.S. state of Texas. The population was 24,302 at the 2000 census and was 31,971 at the 2010 census. Waxahachie is located in the Dallas–Fort Worth metropolitan area. Waxahachie was founded on November 3, 1879 by a group of men who came from nearby Pflugerville to make a new home. The town grew quickly due to its location about 15 miles (24 km) west of Dallas and its access to railroad tracks which made it possible for farmers to sell their products near downtown Waxahachie. In 1888, the first post office was established in town; it continued operating until 1902 when it was replaced by the current one. The original downtown business district has been largely destroyed since then but portions have been restored and are now open for retail and dining as well as offices and residences. In 1906, industrialist Sam Houston bought land east of downtown for development into what became known as "Houston Heights." This area saw rapid growth during World War II because of shortages of other housing types in the city center so much so that Houston Heights eventually outgrew Waxahachie Boulevard which skirts its southern border today. Today's eastern edge of Houston Heights is home to two major shopping districts: One called Park Lane and anchored by Macy's department store; and another called Midtown which includes an array of high-end retailers including Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale's and Lord & Taylor stores along with several smaller malls including Regal Place mall). A local restaurant industry started up around this time with many small businesses taking advantage of Texaco gasoline stations dotting the landscape outside downtowns like Hazelnut Hill Shopping Center on Main Street just north of I-635E between Belt Line Road/I-635N & Phillips Road/I-635E - still one stop away from most homes back then!Today there are few if any commercial gas stations left in urban areas outside Dallas or Fort Worth MAKING DAILY TRAVEL EASIER THAN EVER! Waxahachie, Texas is a small town in southern Prairie County, Texas, United States. The population was 1,868 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Dallas–Fort Worth metropolitan area. Waxahachie was founded by Mormon pioneers in 1836 as a rancho on what is now State Highway 16. The town grew rapidly and by 1860 it had a population of 2,500. In 1872, the line between Texoma (later Dallas) and Red River County was created, and Waxahachie became part of Red River County. The county seat shifted from Waxahachie to Mckinney in 1912. In 1939 the Missouri Valley Railroad built a branch from McKinney to Waxahachie; this branch connected with the Houston & Northwestern Railway at Longview making it possible for workers commuting into Dallas to buy groceries in downtown McKinney without having to travel through Red River County or across Texoma Village. The station reopened in 1941 as I-35W bypassed McKinney and its suburbs east of Loop 610 near Flower Mound; I-635 now skirts around them completely leaving downtown McKinney unconnected with its surroundings again until you reach Flower Mound where Loop 610 meets SR16 again
