In 1984, White Sands PaperclipCo., Incorporated reopened an old Goodyear warehouse as their main store at 9th Street and Highland Avenue within Eagle Mountain Mall. This building still stands today as part of Eagle Mountain Municipal Services Annex #3-A which houses municipal offices, police headquarters, fire department headquarters, public works department headquarters, library system office and more! Today there are over 150 businesses operating out of Eagle Mountain with a total customer base that totals into the hundreds of thousands! Many of these companies have been around since before goodyear tire&rubber corporation went bankrupt in 1982 !
