As a result, almost all firearm transactions from 1881-1935 took place at John Auld’s store although there are also references to other stores during this time period such as “the Armstrong GunShop” on First Street west of Fourth Avenue and “Nelson & Son’s Arsenal” on Second Street east of Third Avenue . During World War I (1914-18)Longview became an important military post with its own armory providing ammunition and other supplies for soldiers stationed there. On October 7th 1918 Willard Weisman registered his Rifle No 4307 at the armory along with 2 revolvers (serial number M653). These rifles were probably acquired prior to WWI when it was decided that weapons needed special care since they would be used extensively during wartime conditions such as combat scenarios etc.? However these early rifle registrations do not reflect any significant changes until after WWII when more common firearms like shotguns started becoming available again? After WWII there was much turnover within Greater Vancouver due to various economic reasons butLongVIEW continued to operate successfully under new ownership until it closed its doors permanently in 1955 following multiple arson incidents over the years

A post office named Wellesley reopened at LongVIEW on October 1st 1889 after several years closure because of lack of mail service from Tacoma due to construction work along Hwy 97 cutting across Clark County line east of Tacoma proper! settlers had already christened this location Wellesley but no one knew where Wellesley actually stood so finally someone decided just to build another house there cause its close enough I guess? On October 15, 1853, the first railroad to be built in Longview was the Northern Pacific Railroad. In 1888, the Longview & Seattle Railway was chartered. On November 1, 1907, the Washington State Legislature passed a bill authorizing the creation of a city bylaw. The city charter was granted on December 9, 1907.
