There is no doubt that coffee has been a part of the Monroe community for many years. Coffee was brought to the area in the early 1800s by Lewis and Clark when they were exploring the Northwest Territories. The first written record of coffee being brewed in what is now Monroe comes from 1822, when a group of men under Captain John Stevens made an attempt to trade with the local Indians. The men noted that there were two small plantations near where they camped and decided to head over to explore them. They found that the coffee was very high quality and traded it back to their friends in Oregon. After making this discovery, Captain Stevens began trading coffee with other locations in Washington Territory. By 1830, he had well-developed relationships with several different Native American tribes and coffee was grown on his own plantation near present day Monroe. In 1835, Captain Stevens bestowed upon his son, David Stevens Jr., the title of “Captain John Stevens” after his father’s death; this naming change formalized commercial interactions between forest proprietors and traders in what would become known as “the Columbia District” (later renamed Tacoma). In 1840, Captain David Stevens married Margaret Lewis who had come from nearby Skagit Island along with her family for vacation. Margaret had befriended Governor Isaac Phillips during her previous visit to Olympia before she left for Seattle on July 4th of that year on board USS Constitution (1837-41) which sailed into Puget Sound accompanied by HMS Discovery (1793-1800), both under command of Commodore James Kinsalean. When Captains David Stevens III and Cornelius Vanderbilt took control of Tacoma City Council in 1851 through election procedures following their appointment as commissioners from Spokane County they proclaimed themselves “The First Municipal Government Of The Columbia District” which set off a series of changes throughout Territorial Washington due to arrive at what we now know as our current legal system – i.e., statehood – four years later! If you’re looking for something specific in regards to flavor profile from your cup OF COFFEE then looking at roast times may not be as important as other factors such as Melodic acidity/acid level etc.). However if you just want some general information about what kind(s)of coffees are popular these days then roasting times might give you some idea about whatstyles might work well together for you! Additionally, depending on where you live in relation too atmospheric conditions during harvest seasons Certain Beans reached their peak production around 12pm local time while others were still maturing - this means finding good quality bean near YOU might not always be easy! In addition, Coffee was frequently used as an antidote to battle fatigue because it provided sustained energy throughout the day. Finally, Coffee also became extremely valuable due to its rarity and potential value as currency in warring regions. Thus, Coffee served multiple purposes within different armies over time- both offensively and defensively-.

Today, Monroe remains an important community with a rich history that has been impacted by many major events throughout its history - including significant contributions from James K. Polk (the first U.S. president who was born in Washington) and his wife Sam Houston
