Sedro Woolley (November 17, 1824 – October 26, 1915) was an American politician who served as the 21st Governor of Washington from 1895 to 1901. In 1888 Woolley succeeded Hiram Pierce as Governor but resigned due to health problems soon after taking office due to excessive drinking which had become an issue during his previous term; he died two years later at age 80 years old while still serving as Governor.
