When Marine Sergeant First Class Nicholas "Nick" Poole was deployed to Afghanistan in 2009, he never could have imagined the outpouring of love and support that he would experience from his fellow Marines. In just three short years, Nick has developed a close bond with many of his fellow Marines and they all know how much he loves them. On July 8th, 2019, Nick's family gathered around his casket as they paid their final respects at Arlington National Cemetery. He was 24 years old when he died in action following an ambush in Helmand Province, Afghanistan on May 18th, 2019. His death left behind a devastated family and friends who are still reeling from the loss. The most touching aspect of this entire ordeal is the outpouring of love that has been shown by those who knew and lovedNick. From his teammates at Marine Base Quantico to civilians who donated items like T-shirts and coffee mugs, everyone has come together to show their support forNick and his loved ones. This shows just how deeply people care about those who serve them in uniform and how much they appreciate what these men do for our country each day.

Tukwila is a city in the state of Washington, United States. As of the 2010 census, the population was 68,895. The name "Tukwila" is derived from the Chinook Indian word "tuka", meaning "place where reeds grow". The current City of Tukwila was established on November 14, 1892 by an act of the Territorial Legislature. It was named in honor of Alexander Graham Bell and his wife Nellie Murchison Bell. The city's early history can be traced to 1847 when settlers arrived in what is now Tukwila from various parts of Oregon and California. In 1870, a post office called Tukwila was established at the junction of State Route 5 and Pacific Highway 12. By 1893, however, growth had slowed due to factors such as railroad construction at nearby Seattle and competition from neighboring cities such as Tacoma and Bellevue. On November 14, 1892, an act of the Territorial Legislature designated Tukwila as the new seat for Washington Territory afterSeattle's incorporation into King County on January 3 that year. With limited resources and no natural resources to offer its citizens much beyond agriculture or manufacturing goods, it took some time for Tukwila to become a prominent community during its early years. However, with growth in other aspects of local economy such as tourism and artisanship (the city has been home to many famous artists including Roy Lichtenstein),Tukwila has come through strong over time. In recent years there have been several initiatives taken by Mayor Tim Burgess in order to improve infrastructure within town limits which include: -A Master Plan for Infrastructure Development which outlines goals for improving transportation options within town limits; -Operation Road Improvement Program which provides funding for local projects that improve road conditions; -Paving/ resurfacing/ reconstruction efforts around key intersections within town limits; -An ordinance creating regulations governing noise levels at businesses within town limits;
