Two Hands is a small roaster that specializes in small batches of espresso and coffee. They roast their beans on-site and hand-pack them into cans. Brad's business started out as an online course he created to teach people how to make their own coffee from scratch. He now operates two cafes in Sheridan - One Hand Coffee and Tea and the Other Side Cafe - both of which feature smallbatch espresso drinks made fresh on site with local ingredients. Each day at One Hand Coffee and Tea, you'll find a variety of different types of coffee: black, Java, Colombian Sumatra, Arabica ( Ethiopian), Colombian Sunburst, Breakfast Blend - all roasted by Brad himself. All of these coffees are served cold with Dickinson cream cheese or housemade jam on top. Additionally, they offer pastries such as croissants or doughnuts that are made fresh on site from natural flavors like raspberry jam or strawberry yogurt! The Other Side Cafe is much more relaxed than One Hand Coffee and Tea; it's more about having a good time and enjoying your caffeine fix without all the hustle and bustle of running a cafe. Here you can enjoy your morning Joe with a relaxant cup of java or some delicious chocolate chip cookies next door! Both cafes also offer food items such as sandwiches and salads made fresh on site using local ingredients from Peterson Farms in Sheridan - home to someof the best meatloaf around! You can't go wrong trying out either shop; there's something for everyone here!
